Our Products

do all these products come with Guarantees?

Yes, yes they do.
All carpets and hard flooring come with a minimum of 10-year warranty’s. Please check on the products in-store, but many products have a 10, 15, 20 or lifetime guarantee. At V & A, we sell high-quality products that we stand by.

Can you supply only or do i have to use your fitter?

We are happy to supply products that are being fitted by another fitter or by the customer themselves. We offer a collection service as well as delivery service within the Wiltshire, Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas.
We offer a fitting service with out network of highly skilled, recommended self employed fitters. All these fitters are fully insured and their work is covered for the first year after being fitted.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Wiltshire, Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us to check. We do cater to commercial work outside of these areas for Architects, Interior designers and Hotels. We also cater to some residential work outside of these areas.

Will my fitting be COVID safe?

Yes. Our fitting teams do all they can to keep you as well as themselves safe.
They will discuss the details with you when they arrive at your home on the best way to keep everyone safe. Masks will be worn as well as sanitiser used throughout the process as well as keeping safe distances from each other.

Can we collect our products safely?

Yes. All goods can be collected from our warehouse in Trowbridge. You will have to call ahead or make an appointment to make sure you goods are there and ready to be collected safely. Hard flooring products will be moved to the front of the warehouse for easy collection. Carpets can be collected in a similar manner, unless your fitter is collection the goods. They may collect or re-roll the carpets within our warehouse if needed. Please contact us for more information. We use sanitiser throughout on site, when entering and leaving.

Kept in contact throughout the process and couldn’t do enough to help.
Fitters were brilliant, really good guys and finished in half a day. Went above and beyond to help.

Their knowledge, sound advice and professionalism shone through. They arrived on time with a wide range of samples including underlay. They advised on a type of carpet to have by my front door to further protect my carpet. The carpet samples themselves were of a higher quality than the other 2 companies. 5 star service.

The quality of the carper and LVT is absolutely fantastic.  With the kids running round all the time we are really happy with the investment.  We returned to V&A for our front door and rear Mats which were fantastic also.  Would definitely recommend V@A, a great local business.

Alex has been excellent in providing advice on the right flooring and then helping me find matches to bring ideas to life in his extensive showroom. Personable and helpful, he’s been very helpful with securing stock and working dates around my completion date to get everything sorted pre Christmas.

In a challenging time for all, this has been one of my easiest tasks for my new house. Very grateful. Would recommend as far better than chain stores who’ve no interest in the more personal elements of what you need.
